What is the white stuff around girls eyes on tv and magazines?
You know where they have a little white at tht corners and around lower lashes? It really pretty, and I am getting makeup for my 14 year old neice and thought of getting her some, anyone know what they use?

yea i have a white eyeliner by NYC and it really makes my eyes look bigger but i always apply mascara after it to soften it up a bit otherwise it looks too obvious.

I'm not sure what you're seeing, but it might be highlight powder too. You put that on the browbone, tear duct and top of the cheekbones to brighten up the face. Or there's the white eyeliner that you put on the inside of the lower lid - makes the eyes look bigger.
I just got a nice white pencil by Rimmel - it goes on nice & smooth, you don't want to have to press too hard in that area! The highlight powder I have is by Mary Kate & Ashley & comes in a tube with a wand, but there are lots of different options.
