The aspirin mask. Dissolve several cheap, plain, uncoated, store-brand aspirin in a little water. Then use as a scrub, or apply like a masque and let dry, rinse off, or apply let dry, wipe away excess and leave on residue over night. It's a miracle for blackheads. It's salycilic acid.

I usually use it as a scrub in the shower, but you'll get more dramatic results when you leave it on. It doesn't stick once dry though and the powder will make you sneeze. Supposedly some people mix it with a little moisturizer or soap to help it stick after it dries.
