Hair extensions ruined my hair!!!!!!! I had very fine hair to begin with and now i have NONE!! Does anyone know of something i can use...........a product......pill ets..............to help thicken my hair. Im taking a pill now for hair growth, skin and nails..............it has biotin in it. This is very tramatic!!! Any info would be greatly appreciated!

What kind of extensions did you have??? Go get some Healthy Sexy Hair soy milk shampoo and conditioner, take biotin, multivitamin, stay away from heat appliances. Also I hear seaweed/kelp is really good for hairgrowth. I haven't tried the kelp yet but plan to get them. Did you have the extensions glued or sewn in. That is really bad for your hair. Please let me know.

It's possible that your hair has just broken off and the strands will grow out again. The only other reasons for hair loss would be hormones, sickness, or genetics.

Biotin. Also, a hairdresser one time told me to take prenatal vitamins and they work like a charm. Never tried it but I wouldnt be surprised if they worked, seeing as they are chock full of a lot of good stuff. I did take Biotin for a while tho and it made my hair grow very long, very quickly...and perhaps thicker?

Thanx for the replies...............i had the weft extensions. The strand by dtrand would have dreadlocked my hair............and i suppose i would be worse off than i am now. Well you live and learn...............and i'll tell ya i learned by this one!!!! I think you would be fine with extensions..............if your hair is thick to begin with!
