| Re: Help with skin care Please!!!!
^^I agree!! I would recommend using Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer if you aren't using one. It has salicylic acid that can help with shine and clear up any breakouts while giving you some light moisture. It helps keep my skin looking fresh. I used the shine minimizing moisturizer by Clean & Clear and didn't notice a difference.. I liked the Dual Action better.
Also, I would suggest a cleanser that isn't too creamy for your skin that it makes it feel too oily, but something gentle enough to not dry it out. I've been using a foaming cleaner but mixing it with water to make it not as strong. If I use a cream cleanser I feel like it doesn't clean the oil off my face and it feels like there is a layer of stuff on it from the cleanser. Just make sure you don't overwash it or it'll get more oily.
During the day to soak up oil, Clean & Clear oil absorbing sheets are great! They soak up the oil without removing your makeup. On me they work MUCH better than blotting papers. Another tip is to be careful with acne medication if you use any. I was using Zapzit for a while and would accidentally use TOO much of it. Instead of just putting it on one pimple I would put it over an entire problem area. Before I knew it, my skin was getting oilier and breaking out even more since it was drying out my skin too much.
Good luck! Let us know if you find out anything else good that works for you! These ideas have really helped my skin get less oily, but I still break out occasionally and want to try to fix that more. OH and Dr. Feel Good by Benefit is a great makeup primer that mattifies your skin while making it really soft!
