I have done ALOT of damage to my hair in the past two years. Coloring, coloring, bleaching, coloring, coloring, coloring, bleaching, coloring etc. Now, my hair will not grow. I got it cut back in August, and it has probably grown an inch, if that, and I don't know what to do. Its above my shoulders, and I so very much want long hair again, i'm angry at myself for cutting it off. I want to go back to my natural color and not dye my hair anymore. Please, help me! I need something to make it grow! Not necessarily something to make it grow fast, but make it grow back period.

I was just reading about hair growth rate and about 6 inches per year is normal.

you could always do extensions. they're not as expensive as they used to be, especially the do it yourself kind. I put a straightener in mine and left it in too long so to wait out the growing out period I've discovered those fake hair ponytails in different styles. Walgreens and Sally's have the best for the money. If your hair's long enough to pull back into a ponytail these will save your sanity, trust me.

I have tried extensions several times, each doing it myself. I guess I could try it again though.

I know 6 inchs in normal, but it just does not seem like its growing at all. Maybe I'm just crazy lol.
