Looking for mascara - Beauty & Cosmetics Message Board

I would like to buy a good, inexpensive mascara. I have fairly long eyelashes but they are sparse on the bottom. I would like one that would make my eyelashes look full and natural. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

L'oreal Voluminous is the absolute best. Maybelline volume express in the black tube is a very close second. you could also do false lashes as well

These 3 previously recommended ones are the ones I see raved about the most. I have been using L'Oreal Voluminous for years but Wally's had a twin pack of the Maybelline Volume Express(so I decided to try) and comparing L'Oreal and Mayb. is this: L'Oreal's is much globbier so it will go on a lot thicker and the Mayb. wand comes out of the tube clean so it requires more coats for the same look. But the Mayb. is easier to work with....like when I use the L'Oreal brush I have to wipe it off onto the opening of the tube to get the globs off the brush...none of that with the Mayb. Volume Ex. I have not yet tried the 2000 Calorie.
