Yes, people with naturally oily skin tend to get less wrinkles overtime.
My mother has dry skin, but ever since she was young (probably in her 20s) she's used different European face creams and moisturizers that are pretty oily (not in a bad way)... and now she's 55 and hardly has any wrinkles.
Obviously having oily skin or moisturizing well has its benefits later on.
(That's why I'm starting early, hah.)

I've heard that it's genetics and exposure to sun and environmental pollutants that cause wrinkles as we age, so good genetics and protection from the latter two, are what prevents them. Oily skin does not prevent wrinkles, but it does mask them and make them look less noticeable.

Oily skin does tend to stay wrinkle free for a bit longer.. since the skin has its natural moisturizers. When your skin is dry, it feels tighter and doesn't stretch as much.. but after putting on some moisturizer, it feels so smooth and stretches better.. I guess it kind of works the same way with oily skin!

It is VERY true that genetics play a big part as well as sun exposure and how well you take care of your skin. Luckily my mother does not have wrinkles and actually has dry skin.. mine used to be oily but is now normal/slightly combo, so hopefully mine will be fine too! I'm young, but I do have little lines under my eyes but I think I have always had those even as a teen.

A wrinkle comes from underneath the skin. I remember one beauty author saying a face could be likened to a couch cushion, the covering cloth may be fine but the stuffing within becomes loose so you fortify it with good nutrition, circulation, and facial exercises. Of course, with enough years the covering will go, too. Oily skin will not prevent sagging which enables creases in the skin but it certainly fights harsh-looking wrinkles from dryness.
