Lightbulb Orange & yogurt for stressed pale face

I found this facial mask somewhere else & tried it, results were worthy to give it a try:
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
mix well & apply for 15-20 minutes & wash. Your face will feel fresh & good looking. the useful bacteria in the yogurt will clean your skin, & the fruit acids (AHA) & vitamin C in the orange will brighten & improve the texture of your skin giving it a healthy look.

Yogurt soothes the skin so there wont' be a problem. ^

I tried this last night and it was soooooooo great!! My face felt silky from the yogurt and looked fresh and glowy from the vitamin c! I'm DEFINATELY going to do this often!

Re: Orange & yogurt for stressed pale face

I just used a generic brand low-fat raspeberry yogurt and it worked great for me.

Re: Orange & yogurt for stressed pale face

I would assume that the yogurt used for any kind of mask that with yogurt would be just plain yogurt. The only two ingredients in plain yogurt are the live cultures and milk. The sweetened yogurt that is more than likely the kind you eat probably has so many other ingredients or are so overprocessed that it sometimes isnt even technically yogurt anymore. The orange contains vitamin c and the citric acid is an aha, so I dont think adding anything else to the mask besides honey or other fruits would be any more beneficial. I personally wouldnt be putting splenda on my face, but real sugar is a natural glycolic acid so you could also add that, I dont know if sugar in the mask would do anything though if its not used as a scrub, unless it would dissolve in the yogurt. Otherwise all those other ingredients in the flavored yogurts are probably preservatives and other things you shouldve have on your face.
