Can anyone recommend effective teeth whitening strips/system/tips that won’t hurt the enamel?

Crest WhiteStrips don't hurt the enamel and they work great for people who have very stained teeth. I used them and didn't see a whole lot of difference (it was very subtle since my teeth are white anyway), but I know other people who use them and they work really well.
I guess it just depends on your teeth. My teeth have reached a certain point where they just won't whiten anymore (except maybe professionally, but I wouldn't known I've never tried that) so the strips weren't amazing... but they may work for you.
They're getting cheaper these days so they're worth a try.

Professional or laser whitening from a dentist. I've tried everything else and unless your teeth are only very, VERY lightly stained, none of that other stuff will satisfy. You'll be wasting your hard earned cash.

I tried having a proffesional teeth whitened at a dentist clinic once. The problem with this is that teeth whiten only last for 3-4 days. For me at least. And it cost me $1,000. I had to whiten my teeth back then because I used to have braces and my orthodontist didn't bother cleaning the stain away.

It's good if you have an insurance. I didn't at that time. Was it worth it? I could say yes because the hard stains are gone making it easy for you to keep your teeth looking clean.

i haven't used crest white strips in a couple of years because i got braces, but they were amazing!!! i'm sure if they changed the formula it has only improved. i don't know if it was just me, but you could see a little change in 2 days.
