| Re: Redness in eyes, tired eyes, circles
Hi Day,
People ask this question a lot here and while you clearly know you need more sleep and nothing will work as well as that, there are still things you can do to improve the situation. I'll give you a list but you need to start taking enough time, for yourself, to get those eight hours sleep. You owe yourself at least that. Personally, I think we all owe ourselves even more, we work hard enough to devote some slice of time, and money, to ourselves. Be that as it may, you might want to try some or all of the following;
1. Never, ever rub your eyes, even to put something on them. Always make sure you pat product in, lightly
2. Add vitamin K and grape seed extract to your diet. You can buy these capsules at health stores like GNC or even Walmart. But I also recommend that you eat foods high in Vitamin K.
3. Always use an eye cream with sunscreen around your eyes. Try to find one with vit K in it.
4. Add Vitamin C Ester to your vitamin regime, all the vitamins/herbs I've suggested work to strengthen your blood vessels under your eyes. It's important to do this because those dark circles and puffiness are caused from weakened blood vessels bursting. It is like bruising. The lack of sleep isn't helping matters any and is contributing to the weakening effect
The redness within the eyes, could you have some kind of allergy? If not that, are your cheeks and nose often flushed? I'm wondering if you might be suffering from Rosacea, which can effect the eyes...............
