ok, so im new to about everything i'm almost 19 and i dont know how to put makeup on.. the only thing i know how to put on is eyeliner.i was wondering what are some beauty products that i should by?

i learned by just doing it. I'm not good at picking the righ shade like foundation wise. I cant help with that. just go out and try If u dont like it dont get it again. I like all brands. I cant narrow it down to one. Thats my best advice hun. Remember not to wear alot. you want it too look natural. If u want to curl ur eyelashes i had a metal eyelash curler and i heat it alittle with the blow dryer and curl them. Its like a mini curling iron. Make sure ur eye lashes are clean when you do it. I have the lorral mascara the one with the white and black. U put the white on first i hope i know what i'm talking about. lol. You lower eye lashes u need very very little. Just buy it and go play in the bathroom for a bit. lol I Still do. Good luck i hope i help alittle

but is base and foundation the same thing?

pretty much. aww i'm so sorry u dont have a mom. i wish u were closer u could show u somethings. i'm no expert, but i could help. OK hun do this. go to the web hoo and type in makeup tips. click on the first link its very helpful. there r alot of sites that will help. good luck.
