Hi guys, i need help. I have acne scars (dark spots) on my chest, shoulder, arms and back. I also have hyperpigmentation around the shoulder. I really dont know what to use. I tried the souffle by AHA 12 % and I think it make them get darker. Does any have any suggestion? I was also thinking about microdermabrasion or chemical peel.

I have tried all the peels and micros. The only thing that helped me was a product from GM Collin. It is the vit C. It takes time but it worked on the darker pigments and dark spots.

Nutragena (sp) healthy skin products are great. they were recommended by my derm.

You could try retin A as well.

but I love GM Collin products. This line really worked well for me. It changed my skin over night!

many many people swear by vitamin E for scars. You take a cap of vitamin E and puncture it with a needle and then rube your scar with it. Keep doing it daily. My little brother was in a bad accident and has a scar on his forehead, and he used this for awhile, and it did lighten the scar up.

...just read yesterday that IPL (Intense Pulse Laser) is the way to go for uneven skin tone. I wonder if it would help with your acne scars. It sure would be pricey, but it would probably take care of the prob quickly.
