| Really Dry, Itchy Skin
In the past couple of weeks my skin has been reacting horribly and I can't figure out why. I have relatively dry skin, but it's never been this bad.
Basically it feels really, really dry and itchy; I can't help but scratch... and it's got to the point where I got a rash all over my leg the other day from all the scratching. It was really red and bumpy, but it went away by the next morning.
I typically have dry skin, but I use lotions and that usually helps. I thought maybe this is just because of the cold weather... but this hasn't happened before.
(I haven't changed soaps, body wash, lotions, detergent or anything that could cause weird reactions.)
My arms and legs mainly are really itchy and kinda bumpy... sometimes it looks like I have goosebumps or something.
Does anyone know of anything (aside from what I've already tried) I can do to make the itching stop and get my skin back to normal?
