I have a little bit of hair that I want o get removed, but it is a very sensitive subject for me. I have been married o my husband 5 years and known him for 10, but we have never even discussed it. It embarrasses me so much. I want to know if I can get this done without having to grow it out between times or without having nasty stubble. Please help.

I don't know where your hair is, but the only thing you can't do after having laser hair removal is remove the hair from the root (plucking, waxing, threading). You can shave it, use a little electric "razor" (like Finishing Touch) to get rid of hair. If it really bothers you that much, then getting it removed will definitely be worth it. Good luck

Laser hair removal (and waxing) does require some growth for it to work. If you don't want any hair growth, you may want to consider an epilator. They aren't the most comfortable and it feels similar to waxing, only hairs are plucked more slowly and not so quickly so you have to deal with it longer. It's worth it to me and the more you use it, the less it hurts. I bought one made by Braun. You don't need to let the hair grow back as long as waxing... epilators can pick up very short barely growing in hairs, I believe half a milimeter or something tiny like that! It lasts longer than shaving as well.

Thanks for the epilator suggestion. I pluck my leg hair in between shaving as I'd really like the effect of waxing, but just can't stand for the hair to get that long. It will be a long time before laser hair removal will be an option so I'm may just go out an buy myself one of those epilators. Sure would be the length of time it takes to pluck with tweezers....

Can I go online and get one of these things? Do I need any special creams or lotions? Will I have to deal with any types of skin irritation or burns? Anybody know the best brands?
