My eyeliners always used to run until I started applying powder to my eye area before applying the eyeliner. For even more staying power, brush on a light amount of dark powdered eyeshadow over your eyeliner line. It really sets it and keeps it in place!

L'Oreal Infallilable Never Fail Eyeliner is fantastic. It stays put all day and never runs. It's the best I've used.

The Stila Smudgepots don't run. Or the Smashbox Jet Set. You can get them both at Sephora. I'm an esthetician in a boutique and do a lot of bridal makeup and we use one or the other on brides always for that reason.

Also the Sephora brand "flashy eyeliners" are fantastic! They are $8 and they never smudge!

Bare minerals eye liner powders. Mix with a tiny bit of lotion and glides on. I use face lotion so it doesn't irritate my eyes with fragrance. It works great!! Get a good fine short hair brush. Works for that....lip pencil...eyebrow brush all in one. The lip stick of course has be really cleaned with soap though.
