micro abrasion

Has anyone had this done? I am thinking about it. I was curious how your experience with it went also how much did it cost?

Re: micro abrasion

Do you mean micro-dermabrasion? I use an at-home kit by Mary Kay and I love it. The set comes with a scrub-like formula that you apply and a lotion that you put on afterwards. It was about $50 for the set and lasts me quite a long time (I use it 1-2 times per week). It works great! It really helps make my skin smooth and gets rid of any dead, dry skin that makes me look dull. It's also very gentle and doesn't cause any redness or irritation. I haven't tried the professional treatments because I've heard that they can be somewhat harsh on the skin. The at-home treatments won't give you as dramatic results, but they are so much gentler and my skin can be sensitive. I highly recommend the product I used! Other brands make them too. You might want to try an at-home version first to save some money.
