Hair issue

Hi. I have curly hair that responds fairly well to the no shampoo method in which I only use conditioner. My hair feels great but I have a problem. I have scalp psoriasis. I go to the dermatologist and they give me all these harsh shampoos to stop the flaking and itching and it does help the problem but it tears my hair up when I do that. My hair gets all dried out and frizzy. Does anyone here who uses the curly girl method, or anyone for that matter, have any ideas on how to help this problem? I want to keep my scalp in control but I want the healthy hair as well. Can I have both?? Thanks all!!
