I am not sure if there is any sure-fire way to get RID of them completely...God knows I've tried EVERYTHING. A lot of the time, bags are hereditary. Cutting back on carbonated beverages can reduce puffiness, not smoking, and getting plenty of sleep and drinking water can make them lighter in color. Also, allergies can play a role in how your bags look! Eeek!
My non-expert thinking would imagine that Vitamin E would help with bags...however, I've heard that the Vitamin E molecules are too large to pass through the surface of the skin. Has anyone else heard this??
Also, I read somewhere that breaking open a Vitamin K tablet and massaging it under your eyes can help reduce dark circles. Haven't tested the theory, but I'd imagine it's worth a go.
I have used cucumbers on my "rough-nights" & they work wonderful. I just slice a few before I go to bed & go to sleep with them resting on my eyes- It's pretty soothing <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wink.gif">
