Question I NEED a good eyeliner... that.

Will not make my eyes burn or turn red........hypo allerginic. Something that stays on and gives your eyes a vibrant dark color.

Anyone whom can help would really appreicate it.

Thanks...............I don't like pencils...........they pulll and hurt...........

Re: I NEED a good eyeliner... that.

For dark, sultry eyes, purchase a hypoallergenic non-sparkley matte black powder eye shadow. Don't use oily eye shadow.

Load the edge of a small sponge applicator with the eye shadow and tap the color along the top edge of the upper eye lashes until you like the effect. Extend out from the sides of the upper lash line as desired. Barely enhance underneath the lower lash line. A little color goes a long way. Add mascara and you're done.

Re: I NEED a good eyeliner... that.

Do you like liquid eyeliner? I use a felt pen liquid eyeliner on my upper lids and love how it looks. You can apply it very thin and more natural looking, or thicker and more dramatic. I was surprised to find a very inexpensive brand for only a few dollars, Jordana. Ever since I tried it, I have continued to repurchase it. On my lower lash line, I have a bit more trouble. I like applying eyeliner to my waterlines, but I know what you mean about many kinds irritating the eye. I typically go for a soft pencil or twist-up eyeliner, or even a kohl-type eyeliner for this. I like the Rimmel brand for this, but I've tried a few that I like.

PS - The brand that burns my eyes the most is Urban Decay. They have great colors, but I stay away from their eyeliners now. I've also heard that Milani is a little irritating for sensitive eyes too.
