Unhappy leg weakness

Hi I've been experiencing random symptoms first started a 1 year ago in my face left side was told bell's palsy, symptoms continued and still do now since june 2008 have been experiencing heaviness in legs more the distance the heavier and harder it is to walk ...it is like walking in cement...if I try carry groceries or 1 liter bottle of pop my legs start to bend at the knee can't hold the weight...the more I talk the more slurred my words get or can't form lips they start to pull ...if I try to read out loud the more I read the more distorted my words get...if I do exercise like sit up or try lifting head up muscles in neck start strain and pull like spasm...I have had an EMG normal ...I am very, very frustrated not getting any answers ...

You need to see a neurologist.

I have seen and am still seeing a neurologist. They are too busy they don't take the time with me to have me walk a great distance to witness my legs gradually getting weaker. I am very frustrated with no one taking the time to fully examine me spend time to have me do some physical activity to see how my muscle respond. I am at a point I will pay to be seen by a neurologist in the usa. I just don't know how to go about it. I need an answer. This is effecting my every day life.
