what causes the right side of the face to fall

what causes the right side of the face to fall? i have been put on a lot of different meds over these syptoms. i have alot of twitching in the face, eye, lips, and after awhile it become worse. b4 meds my face actually on the right side slid down and doctors ruled stroke but i dont believe so b/c MRI amd ct scan didnt show that

I would get a second opinion. I work on a stroke rehab unit and that is definitely a sign of a stroke. They need to look again.

Might be Bell's Palsy or some other damage to the facial nerve.

Bell's palsy, caused by a virus, should improve six months to a year after starting.
