Corrective surgery for Bell's Palsy?

I suffered from Bell's palsy about 4 years ago. Although I am recovered as much as can ever be expected, I am left with an irritating slight paralysis on the right side of my face, which particularly affects my eye. My eyebrow "droops" slightly and makes my face feel heavy on that side. I am considering having an eyebrow lift as corrective surgery. Has anyone else had any experience of this, and can they perhaps recommend a clinic in the UK for the purpose?
