bells palsy --post facial twitching?
so i recovered from bells palsy about a week ago and now my face is started to twitch a lot-- or muscle spasms i guess. its very weird. does this mean it's coming back? or maybe this is part of the recovery process, although i havent felt anything weird like this for a week now. anyone who has experienced something familiar?

dont freak !!! its normal , your face twitches are the nerves .... for a lack of med knowledge , your nerves are trying to get back to normal and rememebering what there supose to do !!!! IT WILL GO AWAY !!!!

I had the same issue once my bells palsy went away just give it time it took me months before it stopped.

Could be caused from a bacterial/viral infection. I have lyme and other infections. Mine went away with treatment.
