Flaxseed OIL has all 3 it has omega 3,6,9..All of the essential fatty acids that are very good for your body..yes i am taking this..I can relate BIGTIME to having bipolar even though i havent been diagnosed!!You can buy this one product from GNC. I have had such wonderful results from this ..I should be a saleswoman for them,lol..It tastes pretty gross....but i just down a tbsp of it then chase it with a big bite of applesauce or mix it in your oats!!! I only take this once a day and you absolutely have to make sure you drink alot of water to make sure it doesnt cause any obstructions in the intestine...best of luck
