Hi , I dont know what to do here. My son who has been diagnosed as bi polar , adhd and diabetic. He usually is not a violent person or has been his entire upbringing. Lately his anger is explosive , mostly towards his brother or myself but today he was at the park and another boy was giving him a hard time about not wearing a shirt . riley became so mad he went and got his finger tester from his blood machine and unscrewed the lid and threatened this other boy with the lancet. My younger son came running home (which is two doors away ) and told me of the situation.

My oldest son was missing so i went out looking for him and when i did find him , he had his finger tester in hand saying he wanted to poke that kid in the neck and watch him die. Yesterday my son threatened our gerbil and said he wanted to hurt him so he had to be removed from his room . The doctor perscribed dexedrine for him but i am reluctant to give it to him and have not yet. I am wondering if i should? I mean I am so worried he is going to hurt someone or something. He never used to be this way. In his math book there were pictures drawn of someone hanging and one person shooting another and i asked him what it was about and he said it was his substitute teacher hanging and he was shooting her.

I wonder if these are just heat of the moment thoughts or if they are always with him . I have tried to get him help over and over again and the doctors just want to give him medicine after medicine and I just dont know what to do here... please someone help me!!!!!!
