I started Lamictal 4 days ago. I take it every other day for the first 2 weeks and then every day thereafter until I get up to 2x a day. I've been getting a few hives here and there, only two to three each day mostly on my neck, face and arms. They seem to go away though. My eyes are very itchy, as is the rest of my body. I haven't noticed any actual "rash" anywhere on my body. Is this any reason for concern? I don't want to stop the Lamictal because I don' have any other problems with it so far. Is this the beginning of the "rash"? I called my pharmacy and they told me to call my shrink who happens to be on vacation. There is a shrink on call but I don't want to make a fool out of myself in case this is nothing. Any sugesstions?
