While I've been in here in another forum, I was just told today that I'm bipolar... in fact, it sounds funny to me (not haha funny)
Supposedly, and I agree with what the doc was saying, it's a type that fits in the "other types of bp" classification... so confusing.
Since there's soooo sooo many questions that I have (and I have browsed around some other sites - so much to absorb), the most pressing problem that I have right now is
how can I focus on something that I need to get done? I
reeeeally need to do some work that I can't put off, but I just feel so overwhelmed I can't get a thing done!
I've been on Paxil for chronic depression for yrs, and the doc started me on Lamictal today, but of course that's not going to help me here and now.
I'm seeing a therapist recently (I see her tomorrow again) and I hope she also has some suggestions, but I would love to hear about something that may help me now.
Soooo, anyone have any suggestions? I do realize what works for some, may not work for others, but I at least need to try something -
anything (well, just about anything)
