Anti-psychotic recommendation? - Bipolar Disorder Message Board

Each one I have tried, Seroquel, Zyprexa, and Respiradal (sp?), have made me feel like crap. Is there one that works well without a lot of side effects?

Also, does this make the singing go away? I am constantly singing songs in my head.
