There was a cancellation and I get to see pdoc tomorrow at 4 instead of 5 wks from now. My therapy went great today and i asked if i would need meds forever and she didn't seem to think so. Hooray for me!!! I will let you all know how it goes! Thanks for the support!!! Lori
I saw the pdoc today and he is awesome! I am starting on Lamictal tomorrow. He thinks the anti ds were making things worse for me. I am so excited to start something new, hopefully the final start. He thinks my bipolar-ness is pretty mild. Lets keep it that way! (at least the low points-lol) Lori
Lori-I am so glad to hear that you got into see the Doc. Also that you are mild Bi-polar. I took Lamictal for a year and it just didn't work for me but everyone is different. I now take Wellbutrin XL. It works. i am very stable now and am glad-I felt like a walking pharmacy for awhile. Best of luck to you.......Kahlia

I hope Lamictal works for you, it has worked wonders for me. My bipolar-ness is pretty mild also, except for the depression. Beware of the clumsiness 'Till my body adjusted I was knocking stuff over left and right, I fell so many times, it was hillarious, but I got over it, the tiredness will go away too. Good luck, keep me posted on how its working.
