Hey y'all...don't know if any of you watch the news alot but there was a bomb here last night. It was a suicide bomber targeting westerners. Now, Nic has to work 12hr shifts, which means he will be gone 14hrs of the day. I'm scared. I feel like I do when I get depressed. I dont know if its the stress from all this or I'm just depressed. I asked before if you can trigger a manic episode. Well, can a situation trigger a depression?

It sure can. I have been depressed over the last few years in dealing with the wife.
Other items have influnced this too.

I think situations can most definatly trigger depression. I have experienced this many times. I hope you feel better soon.
