Lately the lovely (and apparently talented) Gee Gee has brought us a large number of threads regarding the good times and other aspects of our lives. These threads have been witty and uplifting. I found them to be very encouraging for our community in a non illness related theme. I've learned some amazing things about my friends and mentors here who are full of life in addition to psycopharmaceuticals! Just goes to remind you that we have lifestyles, hobbies, and adventures just like everybody else. Thank you Gee Gee, I salute you!

Gee Gee - and all,

Your eloquence has inspired me with questions I'm just aching to ask. You will soon witness a string of threads based on topics that have randomly come up during long threads. Think of them as informal survey questions that we may all be able to benefit from when we see similarities among us and how we cope.

So MANY, MANY, MANY APOLOGIES in advance! I do not mean to assault everyone with a battery of questions, so answer at will and ignore me if I bore you.

Hi Guys,

I agree one hundred percent, Gee Gee is a very sweet, (sometimes silly) lady ~ the board wouldn't be the same without her. And by the way, I was thinking about starting a thread about how great Reesie is for putting that newbie thread up for everyone who comes here and askes the same question, (If I only had a nickel....)
Great job, Reesie!!

Oh, and thanks for mentioning me, Z baby, I'm not sure why, I hardly even come here anymore like I used to, I don't think I even contribute that much, but I do what I can considering everything else I have going on, and I do appreciate the acknowlegement ~ And you can ask me anything, I'm happy to answer any questions you have...Don't apologize, we're here to learn from each other, and gain support and insight into ourselves and lives.

Gee Gee, You are so funny, I love your last post ~ I don't know if you read the post I put on the board in response to your thread about my favorite vacation, and my meeting of a real movie star, I can't seem to find it now,

but I did answer, and I appreciated the diversion. I hope you're sleeping ok, and your DH is doing better, and your summer is going along well.

Reesie, I haven't chatted with you much lately, but I hope you're doing ok, too. I know you have struggled some with your job, and concentration level and all. I know you're gonna do fine, you have that fiesty, funny, dry sense of humor, and 'life sucks sometimes, but it's ok' kinda attitude ~ you rock.

Just Dave, props to you ~ I'm glad you're around, you're a great addition to the group

I'm actually doing pretty well, I'm going out of town soon, so you guys won't see me so much, but I promise I will be back and let you know what's up.
