im not saying that you should quit eating/drinking stuff that has aspartame in it. but this is some interesting stuff to think about.

I drink between 4-12 pop a day and feel sure that I'm poisening myself....this has helped. I keep figuring that sugar and white flour are supposed to be white death - this stuff can't be any better....
