I was just curious 2 c how many of u guys r from The Show me State of Mo...
I am located South of St.Louis in a very small (hick town) lol

My father in law lives in Kirksville, which is only 2 1/2 hours from here.

I lived near Columbia for a number of years and went to school at St. Louis University for a semester before my first "manic" break. Gotta love the show me state!

I'm in Springfield... although it is pretty big, it is also a hick town. Lol
Do you find that it is hard having mental illness and getting people to understand in this part of the country? I'm fortunate enough to work in a hospital, so the people around me can be a little more understanding than people from my home town... which is very small, and can be very backward with some things. But, I guess that can be true anywhere you go.
