Unfortunately, no. The field of neuropsychiatry hasn't advanced that far yet to have a test to prove whether a person has a mental illness or not. PET scans can show increased activity in certain areas of the brain and MRI's might show abnormalities associated with the disease, but there's no sure-fire way as of yet to officially diagnose someone with a psychiatric disorder.
