Gee Gee declares this to be a day to {hug} your GH or SO !

Hello to ALL,

I hope you all will give a special hug to your Spouse or SO today,
or the person you love most in your life !

I just felt like sharing my day with all of you.

I know that we all have our problems, being Bipolar, or Depressed, or
we are dealing with our loved one who is Bipolar or Depressed.

Today my Great Hubby was in a terrible auto accident. He is alright,
but if you could see the truck he was driving you would never believe he
is here with me. Thank God for ' air bags ', and ' seat belts '.
He was hit head on, by a lady who lost control of her car, and swerved both
ways, to try not to hit him, and ended up hitting him on both sides.
She is doing alright.
In talking to this lady, he asked her about her Hubby,
since he knew that He was in an auto accident a week or two ago.
She said, ' He died last week ! '

I was just thinking, when we hug them in the morning, we never know if
they will be back in the afternoon. Every moment is precious.

And, when I think about this, I am so appreciative of ALL that he does for
me, and how much I love and adore him.

ALso, it makes me think about chilling out and being thankful for every day...,

THANKS,
Gee Gee

Gee Gee :

So many times when I leave the house,my wife seems to always come running to give me a kiss before I leave. I kind of expect it,but I know why she does it.

You have confirmed it today !

Awww, how sweet ! My Hubby has said this to me too,
for twenty three years now.
He is a Vol., Fireman, First Responder, EMT. So, I guess that's just the way
he is.

Thanks so much for your reply, and I am glad I made you smile !

Take Care,
Gee Gee

Hi !

I just wanted to Thank You again for your response to my Thread.
I suppose you know that You are the only one who did.

I have been on this message board for a while now, so I am thinking....,
everything is fine, as I have tried my best to be positive,
and hopefully make a difference, and help someone who is in need that
I can truly relate to, then when I am down, or I have a problem....., ?????
Well, you see who is here for me...............

I tend to think on the Positive side of things, and less on the Negative side,
You know ?
It just seems to me that a lot of people feel different. But this is OK.,
cuz everybody is busy with their own problems.

Thank YOU for making me smile.....,

Maybe you can keep things going..........., would you ? Please, for me ?
I think I truly need a break, at this point in time.

Many Thanks to You,
Wishing You Well and Happy Days..,
Gee Gee

Gee Gee,

I'm just reading this thread for the first time and you have to know how sorry I am for your husband's accident but at the same time, thankful that he is ok. That had to have been awful for you (and him of course!) to experience.

I don't log on to the Boards after I leave work so I normally only check these during the day.

Please don't think you are alone. Everyone here cares. I think that there's a lot of chance to miss important things in posts if you don't read them all (I honestly don't have the time to but I try) and I almost missed this one myself.

All in all, glad to hear your husband is ok!!
