Do you have hallucinations and/or delusions when you're not manic? If so, you could have schizoaffective disorder, which is a combination of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. The difference is that schizoaffectives still have psychotic symptoms even when they're experiencing a normal mood. Are you bipolar I? People who have bipolar I are the ones with the full-blown psychotic episodes.

Need your help.... 
........All the time im worring about something but i cycle alot and somtimes i can say *&^% it and not think about it........I've heard of paranoia schzophrinia Is there a such thing? If not I wonder if there is any meds out there for bp's that help take away the paranoia....... Thanks for the help!!!! *Jessi*
