Is there any other meds that may be covered by insurance that are like seroquel but not as drastic as lithium? or what are the worst possible side effects, etc lithium can cause?
Any ideas will be helpful...Thanks.

There are literally thousands of insurance plans. You need to call a customer support number for your specific insurance company and ask what products are on their formulary of covered drugs.
Also, I think that your pharmacy is charging way too much for these drugs; I recommend that if you need to purchase drugs without your insurance, that you call around and do a price comparision. Neither of those drugs should be running you that much for such a low quanitity of pills.
