Question Did the weight come off after changing from Zyprexa
I have been on Zyprexa for a few months and have put on over 20lbs and I amhating it. I am seeing the Doc tomorrow o change it. My question is, after changing the medds did you find that the weight that you had put on came off again?

I am on lithium 450 and wellbutrin 150 in the am and lithium 900 and seroquil 200 at night for 6 months and gained 10 pounds and lost a few.

Hiya,

I was on a different med (Mirtazipine) and put on around 28 lbs within two months of going on it. Lost the same amount over roughly the same time span once I'd come off it - hopefully you'll find the same.

I lost a ton of weight after I went off Zyprexa, with no change in eating or exercise. Celexa made me gain weight as well, as did Seroquel. I'm now taking Abilify and it seems to be working great.
