Seroquil Withdrawal

Good Morning

Anyone go off of Serquil and have withdrawal symptems to deal with? Im trying to go off of it replacing it with Abilify, but when Im down to around 50mg at night I get very naucious as well as anxious and nervous. Bumped back up to around 200 last night and I feel a little better this morning. Just not sure how to get off of this, unless try to cut the pills so I can reduce the pill by 25mg and hold at that dose longer? Ive been reducing from 400mg down 100mg at a time and reducing every couple days.
Thanks everyone!

Mike
