Yeah, paranoia and delusions is type one. I just recently got "upgraded" to type one because of mine.
I can't give you direct definitions, but I can give you examples.
Paranoia: a stranger I see in a store is following me (but they are not), I'm scared someone is going to break into my house, so I get several locks for the door, aliens are going to land in my backyard.
Delusions: my boyfriend is having an affair with my best friend, there are people watching me through my computer screen, homer simpson wants to kill me, I am a millionare (when I am not)
