Bipolar support groups
 

My husband recently attended his first support group since being diagnosed as bipolar. He found it helpful and wants to return. Does anyone else attend support groups? Do you really find it helpful?

I went to my first support group today. It was great being around people that understand what I go through with BP. I will return for more. I hope you enjoyed going to yours.

I attend a local group for the fam of someone with mental illnesses.
It's not just for BP.
