Does anyone feel like their medication makes them feel worse? With every medication I have tried, there was always a negative effect. Right now, I feel horribly restless and anxious and have been feeling that way ever since I started taking medication again.
It's hard now to take my meds on a day-to-day basis. I feel sick looking at them, because I know they are making my depression worse. I'm depressed with a lot of energy, and that's a bad thing for me.
What keeps you motivated to take your medication? I feel like I have none since they don't seem to work, but I do have to listen to the pdoc and try not skip days or mess with them.
Another thing, often with medications I feel "out of my body" and I won't remember most of the things I did during the day. Has anyone felt this before? I also feel out of touch with reality...hard to describe.
