Hi, so i'v made my appointment to see my GP next friday and i want to ask him if i can start on Xenical, to help me lose some weight.

I'm getting extreamly depressed about my weight gain and i'm also getting suicidal thoughts (sorry if i'm not alllowed to post that). I am stuck in this house 24/7 and i am sick of hiding away from everyone.

I want to take Xenical because its the safest one i think and i like that it does NOT act on your brain or nervous system (as i'm Bipolar). I also like that you have to eat a low fat diet and it can help you change your eating patters in the long-run. The side effects sound nasty, but they'll only occur if i exceed 5g fat per meal (50-40g fat per day), which i hopefully wont.
But i'm getting really anxious now because i dont think my GP will perscribe it for me.

My weight fluctuates from 158lbs- 160/162lbs and I'm around 5 foot 1.5/2.
I think i need a BMI of 30 and i dont think i have that.
But i am really depressed about my weight and dont know what to do. I'v been put on a diet by my psychologist and cpn but because i'm so depressed all the time, i still eat junk and ly in bed all day.

I cant exercise much because i got a bad ankle and getting to the gym is a whole other ightmare because i'm so self concious. I want to buy my own exercise equipment, but doesn't look like i can afford it cuz i cant cancel my 12 month contract with the gym (grrr).

I know alot of you are gona say i shudn't take xenical but i cant express how depressed i am and how much of a struggle it is to get through my days.
