I Need Help - Bipolar Disorder Message Board

Last night i was hanging out with my boyfriend and some of his friends. I am in my mid teens. Well for some reason i just got really mad and started to look in his cell phone, thinking that he has been seeing other girls. Well he got really mad at me and started to yell at me and tell me to just stop. So i did, but then something ticked me off that he said, and i started to bug him. He got mad at me again, and then it led to me going outside(and the highway is right in front of their house). I was actually thinking about running in front of a vehicle because it would just be easier than having to face all of this pain. Then i went to my boyfriends car, and he had a knife in there, and i told him that i will just leave hs life forever so i dont cause anymore problems. I turned completely psycotic, and i have no idea why. I need help, but i don't know what to do. Please please help me. I know there is something wrong with me, and i am scaring my boyfriend. You should probably make an appointment to go see a Pdoc and see if you can a get a proper diagnosis. You may have a mental illness and if you do there are medicines and treatment available that might be able to help you. Hang in there and good luck!

I think you need immediate help and that will bring you immediate relief. Go to any emergency room in any hospital, tell them what you told us and they will take it from there. Getting help right away will make you feel better and less confused. Good luck!!

bre200789, Call your closest Emergency Room and ask them for their suicide crisis line. If that doesn't help then call 1-800-784-2433. This is a national suicide crisis line. Don't waste any time. Seek help. God Bless
