Hi, i've not been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder however I am posting here on a suspicion that i may have it (or something like it). For starters, I am severly emotional and see everyday occurances (even opening the door for someone, or having to step aside to let someone by) as power struggles. Every two months or so I have a mental episode in which I get so frustrated/angry that I throw things, talk in a mix of other languages and jibberish, feel I have no control over my body/mind, and desire above all to get out of my skin/body. I've told people this a few times about my wanting to get out of my skin and be free and no one really understands where I'm coming from. The reason I want out of my skin when I'm frustrated is because I find it very restrictive and a part of me wants to be pure of my flesh. This is only when i'm very frustrated but again it's a re-occuring thing that has been going on for several years in cycles but I just wonder if it's bi-polar or maybe something else? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.(also I had eczema all my life so does that have anything to do with the skin thing maybe...although it is more psychological than physical i guess)
