Anyone using Org. Lithium Orotate care to share experiences? I will: - Bipolar Disorder Message Board

I have been on a name brand Organic Lithium Orotate for only about 5 days now, but started having insomnia worse than usual about the 3rd day. I am not necessarily blaming the Lithium, because I have bouts of this with or without meds. I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this while starting their lithium? It could just be my stressing over the hope that this stuf will work, and work s-o-o-n! And that my moods are fluctating as well as my migraines and headaches are getting worse--not better. But, again, this is not totally unusual for me off of the lithium.
Just wondering...Anyone else have any comments about their experiences on the Organic Lithium?

Hi~
Just an update on how I am doing on Organic Lithium Orotate.

I've been on it for about...well, WOW--it's three weeks today! I am noticing that I feel less up & down and more leveled out with my bi-polar. Not massively, but definitely noticeably improved! I also believe that my headaches have diminished somewhat. I am looking forward to the next few weeks when I will begin to feel even more improvement.

I will stay in touch to let ya'll know how this works for me.
