Breaking free...

Well after weeks of pain staking agony and me nearly going insane I had to break up with my gf.

I don't know if it was the bi-polar or her drug addiction which caused all the problems but i do know one thing...

I'm better off wherever she ain't.

Re: Breaking free...

sorry to hear or read this news; However, I'm even more sad that she appears not to be geting help that she needs.
She may not be willing to get help in which case, you did the right thing. Or, This could be a wake up call for her anf she may realize that she needs help.

Re: Breaking free...

yes hopefully if any good comes out of this whole situation, it is that she wakes up to herself and gets help.

Re: Breaking free...

Oh do I know that feeling. My wife before her dio was impossible to be around. I wanted out so badly.
I guess one could say that fortunelly we had a MAJOR event that caused her to understand that she needed help and she sought it. I might even say that we sought it.
Keep up with her if you can. She may come back and need the support that only a true friend, partner, or family member can give.
I'm not saying to get back in a realationship with her. However, if she reaches out for help, be there to get her started.
You will be blessed no matter what.
