Unhappy stand up

when i was a teenager i had so many anger problems now i get real upset and cant stand up for myself my friend does things i ask her not to all the time and then shell say oh that didn't up set you did it and i actually laugh like no and say oh no big deal now I'm so sad and what is up with this am i a huge cowered or well.........something is not right i dunno anyone else like this i wonder if it has something to do with my childhood Gods blessings everyone

If I were in your situation, I would look at the relationship with the firend and see if it is really worth it. I have learned that part of manageing my bipolar is removing myself from some situations that set off my triggers. That did include parting ways with some people. You have to worry about you, and take care of yourself. As for what it has to do with, it could be a mixture of many things, and that is something only you can decide. I wish you well in trying to find what works best for you.
