Getting used to his cycles

Hi everyone

Feeling kinda confused, like I knew I would when I started this....bf just started a depressed phase, it's a first time for me, haven't been with him too long

How long do most phases last if someone is on meds and not rapid cycling, or do the times differ greatly between individuals?

Waiting it out.....

Praise God for people like you. Waiting it out is the correct thing to do. This too shall pass, But dang it can take a while.
