ok Im 22 year old female and Im trying to obtain a stable job God willing-BUT the real problem is filling out the applications...I get SO overwhelmed with even the thought of trying to complete just ONE...perfectionist...I over analyse every word on them and my handwriting needs flawless-thats a MUST...and that tends to leave me stressed out and agitated because I put SO much effort in to just make one when i have like three more to go-I have to make sure that all my tees are crossed not one dot missing from an i--it drives me crazy I proof read and proof read and if I feel as though I didnt word this or that right I start ALL over or JUST give up and get ****ed at the fact that I didnt do it right on the first try...racing thoughts seem to get the best of me
So heres my questions...How can I complete these applications without screaming my head off?? How do u cope when ur racing thoughts are holding u back from completing tasks or just making the task so much harder...I question and question is this good enough do I sound like I am intersted... ANY insight on ur battle with racing thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated Thanks in advance |
